RF Microneedling in Grantham
Achieve Smoother, Healthier Skin with Microneedling
Discover the transformative power of Radiofrequency Microneedling at aUK Clinic in Grantham. This cutting-edge treatment stimulates your skin’s natural healing process to improve texture, tone, and overall appearance. Safe, effective, and minimally invasive, microneedling is the perfect solution for those seeking rejuvenated skin.
RF microneedling is superior to traditional microneedling because it combines the benefits of mechanical collagen stimulation with the skin-tightening effects of radiofrequency energy. While traditional microneedling uses tiny needles to create micro-injuries that trigger collagen production, RF microneedling enhances this process by delivering heat energy deep into the dermis. This dual action not only boosts collagen and elastin synthesis more effectively but also improves skin texture, tightens sagging areas, and addresses deeper wrinkles and scars. Additionally, the adjustable depth and intensity of RF microneedling make it customizable for various skin concerns, providing more targeted and longer-lasting results.
What is Microneedling?
Radiofrequency Microneedling (RF Microneedling) is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy to improve the appearance of the skin. This treatment is commonly used to address a variety of skin concerns, such as wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores, stretch marks, and skin laxity.
How It Works:
Microneedling:
A device with fine needles creates tiny, controlled micro-injuries in the skin.
These micro-injuries stimulate the body’s natural wound-healing process, promoting the production of collagen and elastin, which are essential for youthful and healthy skin.
Radiofrequency Energy:
During the procedure, radiofrequency energy is delivered through the needles into the deeper layers of the skin.
This energy generates heat, which tightens the skin, improves texture, and further boosts collagen production.
Combination Effect:
The combination of microneedling and RF energy provides more significant skin rejuvenation than either treatment alone. The radiofrequency heat targets the deeper layers without damaging the surface, making it effective and safe.

Call us to arrange a Consultation.
Let the experts develop your bespoke treatment plan.
Prior to treatment you will have an initial consultation to discuss your concerns and what you are hoping to achieve from treatment.
A sterile tip containing 12 tiny micro-needles is attached to the Pen. Your practitioner will apply Hyaluronic Acid (HA) a hydrating serum and select the appropriate treatment pen settings based on your unique needs. Next, in a single motion, the pen will be gently pressed against the skin while simultaneously gliding in circular motions until the entire treatment area has been covered.
The skin is rolled in sections to obtain uniform redness and pinpoint bleeding throughout the treated section. The skin is cleansed with warm water and patted dry with sterile gauze. A cocktail of vitamins and hyaluronic acid bespoke to your skin will be added to enhance the treatment results.
During your consultation a detailed medical history will be taken, helping the practitioner to determine whether treatment is an appropriate product/treatment for you to receive and whether it will help you achieve the results that you are looking for. This will also reduce the risk of any unwanted side effects from the treatment. During this consultation the potential risks and aftercare recommendations are discussed.
Make sure you’ve allowed for enough downtime after the procedure. If you’re having the neck treated, you may wish to bring a scarf with you. Be aware that, for the best results more than one treatment is necessary. If you still have questions about this treatment please contact us on 01476 849 341
